Whether you’re looking to start a marketing agency or you’re in the early stages of growing your business’s visibility online – I’ve got you covered.
These are my all-time favourite tools that have helped me find success. I hope you’re finding them useful too!
My Business Essentials:
I created my website on WordPress.com and I’m super proud that I DIY’ed it without any coding knowledge. If you’re looking for a website platform that supports blogging, has SEO capabilities and supports shopping integrations, I cannot recommend you a better site than WordPress. Plus! New WordPress members will also get free credits when they sign up.
My website is built using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme by WordPress Team.
I use Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns, landing pages and sending monthly newsletters to my 500+ email subscribers. You can get $30 in credits when you sign up for a new Mailchimp account.
I bill my clients using the Stripe payments gateway. It’s such a convenient tool and I especially find it useful for creating monthly services subscriptions and integrations with my online course platform – Thinkiffic.
Social Media Management Essentials
I use Pallyy to plan, schedule and publish all of my client’s social media content. Pallyy is my scheduler of choice due to its ease of use, ability to schedule content across multiple social channels and their Instagram grids planner is just amazing! New Pallyy users get free trials. You can check out my Pallyy review here.
Iconosquare is by far my most used Instagram analytics platform. Check out their free Instagram Audit tool and get custom recommendations for improving your content strategy.
Trello is my go-to project management tool. I use it to track client projects (such as new blogs, social media content) and oversee the overall progress of my team. This tool is free to use.
I use Canva Pro to design my YouTube, blog and social media graphics. I am not a professional designer and using Canva templates is such a great help. New users get exclusive benefits when they sign up for a 30-day Free Canva account.
